Year 5 children enjoyed their first Forest School lesson of the term with a strong link to their Science unit: Materials and their Properties. They were given the challenge to make a shelter using natural resources before sheltering from ‘the rain’. Fortunately all children arrived home dry due to their stable shelters! Some fantastic teamwork and communication skills on show here -well done.
