Our U10 and U11 teams travelled to The Peterborough School for an exciting afternoon of netball. The teams were full of enthusiasm and ready to play, and despite some brief showers, they began their games in high spirits.

Both teams started cautiously in the first quarter but soon found their rhythm. The U10 team faced a slightly stronger opposition but began to play with fluent passing and creative movement, resulting in some great play throughout the game.

The U10/U11 team faced two of Peterborough’s U11 teams. Despite being down in the first half, they improved their passing and had some excellent periods of play. They even managed to draw the final quarter 2-2. Overall, Peterborough were slightly stronger, but we were extremely proud of our team’s effort and determination, especially considering many of our players were competing against opponents a year older.
