We hosted both the U9 and U11 netball matches this week at Ayscoughfee. The U9 teams were very closely matched, and the game could have gone either way. Grantham had many missed opportunities at goal and we were holding firm with our defensive play, keeping them at bay. Both the U9 teams found the game a good learning opportunity and gained valuable experience from the match play, a super close game ending in a draw.

Our U11 team were quick off the mark and continued to be strong and dominate throughout their game. All the players rotated positions, which was a nice way to experience different roles within the game.

The girls were great role models and demonstrated many of our ‘Sports Values’, well done girls, I was very proud of you all!
