On Wednesday 15th March, we were delighted to host our annual Cross-Country Event and welcomed St Hugh’s, The Grantham Prep and St George's Preparatory School. We competed over four races amongst the U9 and the U11 age groups. There were some very strong runners from all schools which made for some great races and the weather was perfect for running, a little soft underfoot but conditions were fairly good for us.

Well done to everyone who competed, we were proud of the school's results which included an individual 1st place and some very commendable 4th and 5th places. In the team rankings we were joint 2nd in both the U9 races, 2nd in the U11 girls race, and 3rd in the U11 boys race.

A big thank you to our year 6 marshals who did an incredible job helping the event to run smoothly and to all our other adult helpers on the day.
