Year 3 children were treated to an educational and engaging talk about Brazil. Mrs Hilliam and Mrs Casey prepared an exciting presentation about Brazils' unique culture and traditions. The children loved learning about mischievous Curupira and the rainforest guardian Saci Perere. Mrs Hilliam also brought in papayas, mangos and yam chips for us to taste as well as home-made Brigadeiros - well known Brazilian sweets! What a lovely opportunity to dive into another culture.
