On Friday 3^rd May, Ayscoughfee Hall School took two hockey teams to The Spalding Schools Hockey finals in Surfleet.

Our team in the Beginner League were driven and very competitive from the start. They played brilliantly, and after playing four games, they finished  2^nd in their league. An amazing result – Well done.

In the Advanced League our Year 6 team knew what was ahead of them, four very tough matches against strong competition. They were not perturbed or disheartened and played really well during all four of their matches, showing excellent teamwork and effort.

Well done to all of our players and a big thank you goes to our super team coaches Mrs Woodrow and Mrs O’Rourke.

A most rewarding and pleasing end to the Hockey Season.
