Do you believe in fairies? 

On Thursday 10th March our kindness ambassadors and librarians, took on the role of Book Fairies and walked around Ayscoughfee Gardens and the Town Centre, depositing parcels of books that they had prepared with green ribbons and fairy cards from our library stock. This was originally planned for spring 2020 but was postponed for obvious reasons! Luckily, the sun shone and we hope that the books will be found, read and passed on to new owners soon. The librarians are already getting excited about shopping for new titles next week!
